Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as your name and email when you create an account.

Financial data you choose to connect (transactions, balances, and account metadata), accessed read-only through our data provider, Plaid. We never receive or store your bank login credentials.

Usage data, such as how you interact with the app, used to improve the product.

How we use your information

To provide the core service: tracking spending, forecasting cash flow, and powering the Oakhold assistant with insights grounded in your data.

To secure and improve the product, and to communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. Ever.

Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect any account or permanently delete all of your data from within the app at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal and financial data from our systems.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage and delete your data directly in the app, or contact us at privacy@oakhold.ai.
